No. We are a high-support supported accommodation provider and do not deliver
regulated personal care. We provide housing-related and recovery-focused support. Where personal
care is required, this must be arranged through external services.
Yes. Staff are available 24 hours a day to provide reassurance, support, and risk
management. This includes overnight cover.
We support adults with enduring and complex mental health conditions, including psychosis, bipolar
disorder, severe depression, personality disorders, and dual diagnosis (where substance misuse is
managed and supported). Each referral is assessed individually to ensure safe placement.
Yes. Residents have clear occupancy agreements and responsibilities. We support
individuals to understand and maintain their tenancy.
Length of stay depends on individual needs and progress. Our service is designed as a stabilising
and progression-focused placement. Some individuals may move on within months; others may require
longer-term structured support.
We work closely with Community Mental Health Teams and other professionals. Early warning signs are
monitored, and we follow agreed relapse prevention and risk management plans. If higher levels of
care are required, we liaise with professionals promptly.
Yes. We provide single and mixed-sex units for both men and women to ensure
privacy, dignity, and safety.
We maintain individual risk assessments, structured support planning, trained staff in mental health
awareness, clear safeguarding procedures, and incident monitoring and review processes. Safety and
stability are central to our service.
